About the Rotary Club of Dexter

The Rotary Club of Dexter became a chartered club of Rotary International in 1998. Ever since then we have been deeply involved in our community of Dexter, surrounding cities, and even internationally. We aim to use our intellectual, physical, and financial resources to enhance the Dexter area, and surrounding communities, with direct aid, services, and substance to assist those in need. Of course, we do all of this while demonstrating high ethical character, encouraging higher education, and promoting social well-being. Through our success in the community, we adopt worldwide efforts to declare "Service Above Self".

Our members, women and men drawn from diverse backgrounds, have one common interest – helping our community thrive. We are your neighbors and friends. You find us in your church, at your kids' sporting events, band concerts, anywhere you are in the community. We are a fortunate club and intimate with our community. While some of us work here, we all live, eat, sleep, and go to church here. Our kids go to, or have gone to, Dexter schools. Education and children are important to us, as well as the future of the Dexter community.

We are looking for some good women and men seeking to experience the beauty of "Service Above Self". Come join us at one of our breakfast meetings at Terry B's every Thursday at 7:15 a.m. to see who we are and what we do.
